Bei der Konfiguration des Notebooks und im Warenkorb war ein Versandt von 1-2 Werktagen angegeben. Nach drei Tagen wurde das Gerät dann tatsächlich für den Versandt angemeldet. Ich nehme an, dass das an der bestellten Gravur lag. Das Notebook war also inklusive Gravur nach 5 Werktagen bei mir. Diese Zeit empfinde ich für ein Custom-Gerät zügig und vorbildlich!
Die Logo-Gravur auf dem Deckel des Notebooks hat mich ebenfalls positiv überrascht. Das eingesendete Logo hat viele Fransen, feine Linien und winzige kleckse ( >1mm). Diese winzigen Details kommen sehr schön zu Geltung und allgemein wirkt das Erscheinungsbild des Gehäuses und der Gravur sehr hochwertig.
Die Treiber waren leider nicht auf dem aktuellen Stand. Hierfür habe ich mich über WhatsApp bei dem Support gemeldet. Der Kontakt war emotionslos und kurz angebunden, aber sehr effektiv! Hier kann ich mich nur für die schnelle und kompetente Zusammenarbeit bedanken!

der extra Werktag war in der Tat wegen der Gravur, mit einer eigenen Gravur kann es einen Werktag länger dauern.
Wir hoffen, dass die Treiber mit einer Neuinstallation funktionieren. Wir entschuldigen uns hiermit nochmals dafür, dass wir am Anfang die falsche Treiber geliefert haben.

Hello, I am going to make a small review exposing the positive and negative points of this pc.
At first I had a problem, the motherboard was damaged but Wessel was incredible with me, in less than 5 days they repaired the equipment and instead added a 11800h processor.
The equipment is exceptional, it works very well with games (as long as it is plugged into the electrical network), with video editing and with work and internet browsing, it is an indispensable tool for me. It also allows you to add a 2.5 hard disk that are cheaper and have a lot of capacity in addition to the mm2 disks. It also works very well with virtual reality.
There are some aspects that could be improved:
-The tgp of the graphics card is very demanding, so being connected to the battery the graphics card can barely move many games at 720p 30 fps, it is an issue that should be corrected. It is true that this problem is presented by all “gamer” teams, but it is not as pronounced as this case. I have spoken with other users and it is an issue that should be corrected by bios.
-The flexicharguer, you can only select between 40 percent and 100 percent. In other clevo equipment it can be configured from 20 percent, it is an issue to correct.
If they correct these two aspects, we would be facing a perfect team.
Otherwise they are excellent teams, highly recommended and with fantastic attention. I recommend anyone to buy at novacustom
